Peak Sports Coaching is based upon many years experience of competing in both British Cycling & British Triathlon races at National A/B level. Sports Package
A great choice for all levels of athlete wanting to push further and improve.
Free TrainingPeaks Premium account.
Unlimited coach contact.
Bespoke training plans delivered weekly.
Feedback and plan amendments following workouts.

£100 per month, no fixed term.
£40 start up fee.
 

Competitive Package
Designed for the serious athlete looking for the extra gains.
As per Sports Package with the following additions: 
In person contact at selected races/training events.
On the bike guidance.

"I’ve always been an avid runner but with a bad accident in football, my ability to run is now very limited.

My friend introduced me to Jon at Peak Sports Coaching and cycling. I’m a complete novice with cycling and the terminology so everything was new to me.

Jon without hesitation has helped me from the very start by setting my bike up and teaching me the basics. Within a few days I was introduced to his community of athletes who are all lovely and supportive. The sessions have progressively become harder as I progress but they are always very enjoyable.
